By booking a ticket to a 5minutesdate event, you acknowledge your acceptance of 5minutesdate.com terms & conditions and justify that you have the right, authority and capacity to abide by on the rules below:

• 5minutes date is not a matchmaking service, we host events where single people can meet one another in a safe, comfortable & relaxed environment.

• We cannot and do not verify personal information on our guests, such as marital status, or any other aspects of their general background.

• Please approach any contact with our guests with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people for the first time.

• We will not divulge your contact or personal details to anyone without your express permission, unless required to do so by law.

• We may use your contact details to inform you of future events, which we think, may be of interest to you.

• If due to any unforeseen circumstances we are no longer able to hold an event at the venue as originally planned, we reserve the right to move the event to an alternative venue. In this unlikely instance, we will always provide our guests with as much notice as possible.

• If we have to cancel the event we will refund you if any monies have been paid or move you on to another event, but would give you the right to make that choice.

• We are not able to accept cancellations, as the quality & success of our event would be compromised by an uneven ratio of males/females. However, if you are able to provide us with at least 3 days notice via email, we will do our best to move you to another 5 minutes date event. Alternatively if you cannot come it is your responsibility to find somebody else to take your place and we ask you to inform us of the same as soon as possible.

• We do our utmost to ensure that the ratio of males/females at all events is a 50/50 ratio and the website has technology built in to ensure that tickets are sold on an even ratio. However, due to potentially unforeseen circumstances on the evening of the event, we accept no responsibility for either an uneven ratio, or shortfall in male/female guests at the event, preventing this from being possible.

• We reserve the right to refuse admission or to expel, without refund, guests who become abusive &/or offensive to other guests at an event for any reason.

• We do not guarantee that any guest will successfully match with another guest at our events.

• We take no responsibility for any emotional distress, or physical injury that may arise from communications with other guests registered with 5minutesdate.com, without limitation, either during, or at any stage after one of our events.

• 5minutesdate.com events are held at venues across India over which we have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured, or suffer damages of any kind at one of our events, you agree to release 5minutesdate.com from any liability with respect thereof.

• By registering with 5minutesdate.com you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

• Your use of the 5minutesdate.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your user details, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
